Code of Conduct

Women in Games Finland and its actions are meant for everyone looking to improve diversity and inclusiveness within the Finnish games industry. We are committed to keeping our community safe for everyone and we have a zero-tolerance policy on harassment in all of its forms. This code of conduct covers all our events and community actions and discussions.

The aim is to make sure that the individuals working in or related to the Women in Games Finland community are aware and committed to fighting against sexual and other forms of harassment and are aware of Finnish laws and regulations concerning these matters.
